Why we exist
Kuvra started from a simple frustration: AI support tools that sound confident and get things wrong, sitting on top of inboxes that make the human half slower than it needs to be. We wanted the opposite of both. An agent that answers only from what you've written, and hands over the moment it can't. And an inbox fast enough that the person who takes over never has to start again.
What we believe
Four opinions, built in
Not values on a wall. Each one shows up as a decision you can point at in the product.
A wrong answer costs more than no answer.
Confidently inventing a refund policy is worse than saying “let me get someone”. The whole retrieval pipeline exists to make that trade the right way round.
How the agent answersIn the product
When nothing in your docs clears the bar, the agent hands over instead of guessing.
Do you integrate with our in-house ERP?
People should know who they're talking to.
Nobody should have to guess whether they're being handled by software.
The chat widgetIn the product
AI replies are labelled as AI. When a teammate joins, the customer sees their name and photo.
AII’ve passed this to the team.

Maya · SupportHi, I’m looking at it now.
Automation should shorten work, not hide it.
You should always be able to explain what the tool just did, and why.
TriggersIn the product
Triggers are rules you can read. Copilot asks before it acts in a connected app.

“SSO login loops back to the start” · Engineering
Speed is a feature of the interface.
Support is a keyboard job. If closing a conversation takes four clicks, the tool charges your team rent on every ticket.
The shared inboxIn the product
J and K through the queue, A to assign, S to snooze, C to close.
Where we are
Early, and saying so
Kuvra is a young product. What’s listed here is built and working. What isn’t built doesn’t go on a feature list, and if you ask whether something exists, you’ll get a straight answer.
