Import & sync

From wherever your docs live.

Your help center, a GitHub repo, the PDFs and Word files on someone’s drive, Notion or Confluence: every page becomes an article. Then re-sync on a schedule you describe in plain words.

    Knowledge gaps

    See what nobody has answered

Kuvra listens for real questions in the widget, groups the ones that mean the same thing, and counts them. The most-asked gaps rise to the top.

    What makes answers good

The agent is only as good as what it reads. These are the parts that keep what it reads right.

    01
    Drafts stay drafts
Only published articles reach the AI agent. Work in progress never shows up in an answer.
    02
    Always up to date
Change an article and it's re-embedded automatically. The next answer uses the new text.
    03
    Built for search
Articles are split into passages of about 500 tokens, with a little overlap so no answer falls between two.
    04
    Docs as code
Import the Markdown and MDX in a GitHub repo, from the branch and folders you pick, public or private.
    05
    Imports stay editable
Imported pages open in the editor like any article, and re-syncs keep the edits you've made.
    06
    Re-syncs are cheap
Pages that haven't changed since the last crawl are skipped, not re-processed.
