Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use Kuvra to send, store or publish content that:

• is illegal, or infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy;
• is abusive, harassing, threatening, or promotes violence or discrimination;
• sexually exploits or endangers children;
• contains malware or is designed to deceive, such as phishing.

• Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages through Kuvra or connected apps.
• Only collect and upload personal data you have a lawful right to use, and tell your customers how you use a support chat and AI assistant.
• Do not upload special category data, such as health or financial account details, unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

• Do not use the AI agent to give legal, medical or financial advice that people would rely on without a qualified human.
• Do not try to make the AI produce harmful content, or to extract other customers’ data or our system instructions.
• Do not present AI answers to your customers as if a person wrote them when the difference matters to them.

• Do not try to access workspaces, accounts or data that aren’t yours.
• Do not overload, disrupt, or work around rate limits and other protections.
• Do not scrape, copy or resell Kuvra, or use it to build a competing product.
• Do not embed the widget on sites you don’t control, or use API keys that weren’t issued to you.

We welcome reports of security issues. Please email privacy@kuvra.devbefore testing, test only against your own workspace, and do not access other people’s data or degrade the service.

If we believe this policy has been broken, we may remove content, block traffic, or suspend or close accounts, as described in our Terms of Service. Where reasonable, we will contact you first.
